Omae ga Sekai wo Kowashitai Nara

Koizumi Kanna is infatuated with a customer who ordered a burger without onions at the restaurant where she works. However, she remains oblivious to the fact that Toujou Ren is interested in her. Ren is fascinated by Kanna due to her striking resemblance to a woman he once knew. After Kanna gets into a life-threatening car accident, Ren comes to her rescue. Nevertheless, the life he offers her is vastly different from her former life. With doubts brewing, Kanna begins to question whether this second chance at life is truly what she desires.
