After witnessing the skilled and graceful technique of a sushi chef, Hanayu Ashitaba aspired to follow in their footsteps. However, as the daughter of a pâtissièr expected to inherit her family’s business, her dream felt unattainable. Despite this, Hanayu persevered with the hope of realizing her aspirations, until she encountered her classmate, Hayato Hyuuga.
Unlike Hanayu, Hyuuga had no interest in taking over his father’s sushi business. Hanayu saw this as an opportunity to marry into a sushi chef family, prompting her to devise a scheme to make Hyuuga fall for her. However, Hanayu’s plans were foiled when Hyuuga directly asked her out, leaving Hanayu stunned and questioning her intentions. Meanwhile, Hyuuga appeared to have ulterior motives of his own, but what they could be remained a mystery.
