A Man and His Cat

At the local pet shop, there’s a lone cat patiently waiting for a loving family to take him home. Unfortunately, his journey to adulthood has been a lonely one as potential adopters overlooked him for petty reasons like his lack of cuteness or snooty behavior. One fateful day, an elderly man named Kanda strolled in and decided to give the cat a new home. After being left alone by his grown children, Kanda hoped his new feline companion, now named Fukumaru, could fill the emptiness in his life. The heartwarming and occasionally amusing tale of Ojisama to Neko follows Kanda and Fukumaru on their journey of discovering each other and the joys of companionship.
